Albedo (whiteness)
- the ratio of the amount of radiatio n reflected from the incident, is a parameter determining the abi lity of reflecting rays by the surface. In astronomy, this is a n umber indicating how much light falling on a celestial body is re flected. Solar system have albedo of 0.1 - to 0.73 Mercury - Venus. Earths albedo is 0.30. Object in the solar system, which reflects most of the incident sunlight is Enceladus, moon of Saturn, the albedo is as high as 0.99.
